Cam has a couple nics in it?

Cam has a couple nics in it? I have a MS4 cam that came out of a buddys car that through a couple rods. We took the cam out and it had a few nics on a few of the lobes. They are'nt too big. I was just wondering if the cam is still good or if it is trash?

I HAD a MS3 w/a nick and scratch in it. Sent it to Comp Cams and had them micropolish the lobes and cleaned right up. Cost w/shipping about 1 big bill... IF the nicks are on the edges of the lobes, you're good. If it's really bad in the center of the lobe. . .
