Default Need HELP Ring and Pinion ASP

Hellow people.. im despert for help i have 2002 A4 corvette with ratio 2.7 i just ordered motive gear ring and pinion ratio 3.72, and my mechanic says it does not fit n i need a spacer !! i found one here but they says its for camaros only.. Can any plz help here wheere can i find spacers for corvette online ?!! any links any idea`s i would be very thankfull..

i do not believe there are any spacers available out there for the corvette differentials.

unfortunately, in your case, i think your only choice is to go with an entirely new diff if you want to change the gear ratio.

there are spacers for corvettes !! any idea how to adjust it ?! changing the diff is my last option

You need a 3 series carrier to fit your 3.73 gears. If you have a manual trans with any kind of power, you can shear the bolts off. It can be done, but I never recommend this to my customers as in the long run the damage is not worth doing it right the first time. I've even seen the bolts sheer off from a firm shifting auto trans. What is your peace of mind worth? Good Luck.
