You might have a piece of something stuck in your oil pressure relief valve or the pickup tube O-Ring might be pinched etc. and sucking air at the oil pump inlet. A lot of people lose oil pressure after a cam change because of those two things.

Engine Oil Pressure Gauge Always Low

Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor.
Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
Does the engine oil pressure gage read high pressure?

if so then replace the engine oil pressure sensor.

if not then ohm tan wire at the ipc to ground.

if there is not continuity then replace ipc.
if there is continuity check find short to ground and repair.

i have access to schematic. pm me if you want it.

im thinking an electrical issue just because you had a prob with all the guages. but the fact that you have an engine noise now kind of bothers me. Is it above "normal" engine noise? You need to put a mechanical oil press guage on it before you do anything and check to see if it actually has oil press or not.
