Default TR 224, 400rwhp?

Has anybody hit 400+ at the wheels with this cam? What heads and intake will it take to do this? Its on my 99SS it already has full exhaust, with the 224 it put down 364 with a mail order tune.

Judging by your sig, longtubes should be your first order of business. I'd go underdrive pulley, ported MAF ends, and either a set of PRC's Terminator heads or some AFR 205s. Should put you over 400 rwhp for sure.

EDIT: Don't forget a nice dynotune with this round of mods as well.

2002 Camaro SS M6

224/230 .581/.588 114lsa
ASP pulley
SLP lid
Ported TB
Jet-Hot headers
Bassani exhaust

400rwhp/373rwtq

It has come a long way since then. I think that was in '06 when I had that setup.

The cam is on my camaro which already has just about every bolt-on except a pulley. What do guys think of PRC's 5.3 heads?

Back in 2002'ish, I put down 427/401 with and ls6 intake, stock maf, throttle body, mail order tune, MAC headers, and a crushed ypipe (literally, it was 2.5" pipe that was bend on a normal bender). The graph below is comparing that setup to my previous setup which was poorly ported heads and a 216 cam.

So with my current setup, I've swtiched to QTP's, a custom tune, FAST 90/90 and added bigger injectors, I should be safely around 450/415.

They are nice heads as well. Can't lose with really anything PRC/TSP has to offer. I personally would give the Terminators a shot though.
