Default 5.7 vs 6.0 build power difference

I will be buying a complete pullout ls1 engine for my swap and got to think if there would be any power differences between me using the 5.7 or 6.0. The build for the 5.7 would be ls6 intake, mildly ported stock ls1 heads, G5x3 cam and bolt ons compression would be around 11-1 or 11-5 as for the 6.0 build it is an Lq4 motor so exact same mods but compression would be around 10-5. Both will be in an auto car with a 3600 stall and 3.73 gears.
Given both builds should I just use the ls1 and save the 6.0 or should I use the stock 6.0 Lq4 I would think given the less compression I would end up with less hp or even if it netted a higher HP it would not be enough to compensate for the weight.

I went from a LS1 stock long block to an LQ4 stock long block (w/317) and lost nothing. I still trapped 106-107 MPH (before my F13) in the 1/4 mile before and after.

So it sounds like I should just run the Ls1 and sve the 6.0 for a build,
