Default Piston to valve clearance

I am going to use a ls1 block 3.905" bore, Mahle flat top pistons with -4cc valve reliefs & 5.3 heads (706 head castings) i planned on running the chambers down to 59cc's and wanted to run a TR T-Rex cam. Anyone know if I would have piston to valve issues?

The 4cc pistons will have more than adequate clearance for that setup. Some 0.040 cometics would be a nice addition as well.

What do you think about increasing vave size to a 2.02? will I see PTV clearance then or should I stick with the stock 5.3's valves?

You still should have plenty of depth and radial clearance with the 2.02 also.
