Default Help with new cam!!!!

well my current setup is'

2000 auto camaro 3.73 12 bolt,3600 vig, built tranny, home ported ls6 heads, 224/227 .563 .569 114 cam, full bolt-ons, ls6 manifold. 3300lbs with driver.

best time so far is a 11.569 @117.1 with a 1.64 60 (spinning) best 60' 1.59

My goal for next year is to trap 120+mph and hopefully 10.99-11.3 et.

Already my plans are the 85mm lid(in mail as I type)85mm maf, 60lbs off the car, remove 2 1/2 midpipe and catback for a 3 inch dump before the axle, elec water pump and either the fast 90/90 or the new weiand intake(if results are good).

Other then those things i am trying to figure out what cam i should swap to.

I still daily drive the car now and i love the mpg, but wouldn't care if i lost 1-2.

What would be the next size up on a cam that might give another 15hp with good street manners yet?

I was thinking about a custom cam with specs that looked like(228/230 .580 .590 113 lsa) this is just off the top of my head

to get more hp i think slightly more duration and slightly more lift. in all honesty your cam is pretty small compared to a lot that are out there. now having said that, i cant gaurantee you will run the times you want bc i know people that have actually run slower with slightly bigger cams vs their say tr224. i think getting the combo to match up is whats most important.

check out chrs1313 on here, he took a cam predator z speced him, and ran 10.9? @ over a 122 mph. if I can remember right the specs were 230/230 612/592 111+2 109cl I know that you can make good power with that.
