Best way to check valvetrain........??? My engine is not an LS1, but I'd thought I would try and tap peoples knowledge. What are the proper procedures to check your valvetrain? Mods are in sig. and things are just a little too noisy to me. What should I look for when running the valves? Travel of rocker over valve stem? Correct clearences? And how do I know if I need a longer or shorter pushrod. Lifters, pushrods, cam are new. I just want to check it myself to have peace of mind.
