~What are the best bearings? Crank/rods~ This would be for like a 1300HP forced induction engine. Lunati crank.
Street/drag.
Ive done some searching, there are ACL, King, and Clevite, are there any other makers? Any specific kind of each brand? Are some harder than others? Last longer? And where is the cheapest place to get them?

We use the clevite bearings on our motors. If its going to be a stroker grab the chamfered "H" series bearings, they should be able to handle what you are looking at. Feel free to PM me or call us at the shop if you have any further questions.
