Exclamation bent valve?

ok here is my situation. i installed heads and a cam on a 2000 vette ls1. after the install was completed the car was tuned and was running great. here is the problem. when the car warms up #1 piston loses all compression and # 8 is at 40 percent leak down. i put air pressure into #1 and i can hear it leaking from the exhaust and a little from the intake. my guess is bent valve? what do you guys think? any way to tell brfore taking the heads off?

You may want to back off the rocker bolts to make sure it's not too much preload. If it still leaks through the valve then the heads will have to come off.
