Ok, say you pull all your pistons out of your block. Can you just put them right back in? Or do you have to get it honed out?

You should hone and replace the rings.

No. You shouldnt have to. Honing is just to clean them up and remove any scarring.

Another thing, how do you take the stock wrist pin out?

You need a hydraulic press and a special fixture to remove the stock wrist pins. If you intend to reinstall the original pistons and rods you should not need to separate them.

Ok, I spun a rod bearing on cyl 7. So I took all the pistons out and forgot to number them. Is that going to be a problem? Also should I get new rods? The pistons seem to be fine. Just get new wrist pins, rods, bearings, rings, and crank and I should be fine right?

If you want peace of mind then go ahead and replace whatever you feel needs it. I'd personally take the parts of concern to a reputable engine building shop/machinist in your area and have them inspect them. You could possibly have the rods reconditioned and the crank ground or polished.
