Honestly that's not putting much stress on it.
10 bolt's are like a crap shoot.. throw on DR's and put an M6 in front of it and let the games begin.
There's guys on here w/more power than you are puttin down running the 10 bolt.
Wheelhop kills them pretty quick.

Tho racing from a roll does not put the amount of stress/impact that a good launch does. I wouldnt worry bout it much.. but like any fbody owner knows sooner or later you will find the weak point (10 bolt).
I schucked mine before..

See sig, has 80,000 miles on H&C with 10-bolt & 4.10's. Most of the cars races are from a roll.
Sticky tires and wheel hop will help kill 10-bolt really fast.
I know on person with an LT1 that got 600 passes a on a 10-bolt at the strip.
I know another that broke two 10-bolts on the street with drag radials.
It's a crap shoot.

If you are on street tires I wouldn't worry however...Mine didn't like the launch on nittos cam only....From a roll I wouldn't worry about but I have heard of people breaking ten bolts on the 1-2 shift!

Big question is are you auto or six speed? The auto will allow the ton bolt to live a lot longer than the six speed. I have pulled quite a few 1.6 sixtys on the stock ten bolt with a stalled auto and quite a few have done better than that with an auto as well.
