Curious on how you came up with those numbers?

If your measurements are correct, use 7.450" if stock lifters.

OK, just wanted to make sure you were counting turns and not measuring as the measurements are not the same. If you numbers above are as measured (not including preload), I would go 7.450" as previously suggested if you are running stock/Gm lifters.

Is the above measurements with preload or without?

If those measurements are correct, then 7.375 pushrod.
That will then give you:

7.375-7.362= .013 variance
add to .075 preload> .075+.013= .088 Intake preload

7.375-7.382= -(.007)
Add that to preload> .075 + (-.007)= .068 Exhaust preload

both fit in the desired range

Is this a cam only swap?

i think they are correct but ill double check, and its a H/C swap got the polluter cam

specs are 242/244, .610/.612 and the PRC Stage 1.0 LS6 CNC Ported Heads with PRC Double Spring Kit
