Why not contact Tony directly. He is pretty quick getting back to you, or better yet call him.

Funny...I just sent my AFR205 heads to Tony this past Monday!

$1,100 for porting and milling (plus return shipping & any replacement parts). But yeah, definetly call Tony first before going any farther.

$ 1,100.00 for porting and milling? Dont these heads come CNC ported already? What does he do to them?

Porting is minimal, work is in the chambers. When you want to step above the normal out of the box performance, expect costs commensurate with the work done. This is all hand work that takes hours, and if you have ever seen his work, each port/chamber is identical with a finish that rivals the CNC machine. Flow is increased with no increase in port volume (anyone can hog out a port).

I had Tony do my heads and am very happy with the results.

He reworked my 225's after a self-inflicted accident badly damaged one of the chambers. Mild porting, milled from 72cc to 66cc, full inspection, refaced and back cut the valves, installed 8019 springs and lightweight intake valves, then provided flow data. Expensive, but worth every penny.

To the OP - Your best bet is to give him a call and talk directly with him.
