Re: Valve Cover spacers... I've got the Thunder ones. Input? Yeah. Make sure when you put them on, you don't let the gasket fall out of the machined groove and in to the rocker arm valley. 
They work great, and never dripped a tad bit of oil until we did that.
Boy, whatta mess. The gasket used on the bottom edge is the same as a 99-02 valve cover gasket. Fits right in there, nice and snug. Pics on my web site.
