Default Which are the best heads for porting?

5.3 or 5.7??
Can they hold the same size max valve size?
or, is the only benifit higher compression?

what is the rest of your setup like? What are you looking into doing? Things you need to consider first before you can get an honest answer from anybody here....

i just wanna know if they can be ported to the same flow, if they both have the same potential or not.

I believe they have the same potential cfm-wise but if CR is what you are after go with the 5.3's....less milling compared to a set of 5.7 which would require alot more to reach what you prob want
