Default 8740s vs 2000s

How high can you spin a motor with arp 8740s? vs 2000s?

also, can you visually tell which bolt is which? I have a set but dont' know which are which. no box

i also want to buy ARP rod bolts for my 2000 LS1 camaro and my 1996 LT1 caprice impala SS. i also want to know which rod bolts are better? and how high can i spin the stock short block to?

They say on the end of the bolt. #8740 bolt will usually cover most applications. How hard will you be turning the motor?

Yes. If its an ARP, if not, call the place where you got the rods from and they will tell you. #8740 should be fine for your intended rpm and usuage imo.

they said 8740's w/their rods up to 7500rpm.
