Default Lifer Pre-load question

I would like to get some advice from you gurus on this. I just installed a Comp Cam in my 6.0L L92 Heads 224/236 .581/. 601 116LSA the lifters are new roller LS7’s P/N 12499225 the Comp instructions call for a .030 lifter pre-load, but I see on doing a search most of you guy’s are using .060 and others using even more pre-load.

I’m confused what pre-load should I use? The car will be a DD
