i cant tell you what cause it but the effects are the rpms will surge anwhere from 1k-1600 rpm or higher. it occurs more on cold startup and its nothing tuning cant take car of.

It's that special feeling you get when driving your car in a gear and the engine rpms fall within 1500-2000 and the car stumbles because you put too big of a cam in.
