Default stroker reliability

Well ive stumbled across an interesting buy.....383 stroker that i help put together might be open for purchase...my question is how long do they tend to last and how reliable are they...its about a year old now with about 4-5k miles on it.

Should not be any less reliable than a stock combo to be honest. But yes i agree with Vsocks1, quality of assembly does play a big role.

I will agree too, about how it is put together. I drive my 383 2-3 times a week to work being about 40-50 miles each trip. It has about 5-6k miles on the motor and I have seen no problems with it.
