Default whats your 408 6.0l setup

im planing on buying a tsp 408 ls1 short block in a few weeks. im pretty sure im going to spray this motor and have some other ideas for my new setup but i just want to know and see some peoples 408 setup on here and how much power you make to the wheels and what do you run in 1/4 and a4 or m6??

numbers in sig with katech ported 243's through an m6.no track times yet with last round of minor tweaks.one of those 415-418 ci aluminum short blocks really look sweet if you can save alittle extra coin.

tsp 408 & 6L heads, ls6 intake, 4k stall, crappy track 7.4 @ 97 1.9 60ft (1/8th) very first and only time out late last year

built 408 myself eagle crank, rods and Diamond custom nitrous pistons, AFR 225s, **** camshaft, with the glide it made 445 and 420 on motor and 743 and 662 on 225 worth to the tires through a 12 bolt and 29" slick times were 11.2@125 on motor, 9.49 @ 145 on 175

I'm in the process of a 408 build. Going with a MS3, patriot heads 2, Fast 90/90.

I wish I knew what it would put down.

Maybe after my wallet recovers I'll look for L99heads/intake.

mine was built for spray its a lq9 block wiesco pistons, callies rods dragon slayer crank, hellfire rings, tfs 225 heads 59cc, no numbers yet it just sits since i put it in lol no intrest in the car anymore. hoping for 520+ through a 9inch for got i have a 257/266 .643/.622 on a 110 lsa

tsp 408 short block, eagle crank ,eagle rods. arp 2000 bolts, 230/244/114lsa cam, ls3 heads milled to 64 cc chamber, ls3 intake manifold, long tubes, diamond pistons -2cc, etc
