Default Peak RPM?

I run a small 216/226 on a 112 LSA Comp Cam in my otherwise stock LQ4. On top is a 750 vacuum secondary Holley with an Edelbrock Victor Jr. For exhaust, I have 1 3/4 long tubes with a 2.5 xpipe.

Last season I ran a 26" tall tire with a 4.10 rear gear. This year, I stepped up to a larger 28" tall tire but kept the same gear. I'm trying to get an idea what kind of RPM my motor more then likely peaks at. Last years combo put me through the traps at a little over 6000rpms, this year it'll be about 300rpms lower. I'm debating stepping up with a 4.30 or 4.56 rear gear.

I'm also thinking about putting a plate setup on my car, with no more then a 150hp shot. It goes through the traps at 113-115 NA, any thoughts on what it will do on the bottle?

Thanks guys.
