Default 2000 ws6 cam

ive been on the market for a cam for a long time, reading installs and all kind of stuff. I am wondering if or when changing a cam is it important to do the lifters also, i know some people dont do it, i was wondering if it all depends upon how many miles are on the motor are what.

You have to pull the heads to get to the lifters. If your going to go that far just do a head and cam swap.

I dont think most people worry about lifters on a cam swap.

No. Nobody changes the lifters on a Roller Cam. They never wear out unless you have some kind weird trouble.

Umm... I tend to disagree....A lsk lobe or even XFI or XE/R can tend to be rough on high mileage lifters so to me it is a coin toss, They were really not designed with high intensity lobes like that in mind but can serve well set up properly.......If you can swing it change'em out on a high mile motor IMO
