probably be more worth your effort to do better heads.
that cam makes really good power all across the rpm band...heads will really make it shine.
even some budget stg 1 LS6 heads

If you like decent road manners, but want more power, then upgrade those heads. How about dropping some coin on a set of afr 205's milled to 59cc to raise compression and make a good amount of power? That could get you to 430 rwhp, maybe more.

After re reading your sig, I am not sure how much the heads will get you, but they will pick up power over your p&p 241's. If anything low and midrange. What compression are you running ??

You need to do a search for a compression calculator. When you find one online you just fill in the blanks. You'll need to know bore, stroke, cc's, gasket thickness, piston flat, dome, or dish (dish is a neg and dome is a pos), also whether or not the pistons come out of the cylinder, even, or stay in. All that info will give you pretty accurate SCR.

you CAN make good power with 241s....
but aftermarket heads like AFR 205s are FAR superior. low and mid range are great due to the small runner, throttle response is good, and they still flow well enough up top for some killer power.
if your heads are unknown brand/quality/compression/flow....its hard to say if you'll gain enough to make it worth it.
