Default cam plate and gear wear?

Cam plate on the gear side and the cam gear have wear marks; normal or should I replace both?

How deep?

Also, be aware that if you are running the older style cam retainer plate with regular hex head bolts, the new retainer plates have countersunk holes and require special bolts as well. Torque values have also been changed with the new bolts.

Thanks for the heads-up, I order the retainer and sprocket this morning, now I have to order the bolts. Saved me more delays.

Looks like a delay anyway, local dealer can't get them until Friday, Monday latest.
