Default Biggest cam with Patriot LS6 heads?

I've got a 228R with Patriot LS6 heads (59cc) and GM MLS gaskets. When I initially chose this cam, I was planning to run it with stock heads. Now that I have the LS6 heads, I'm wanting to go a little bigger. Just trying to figure out what my limitations are gonna be before I start having to worry about PTV clearance issues. How big can I go?

all depends on how much the decks have been milled, if at all.
you can put whatever in there, but id say something in the 230's and around 600 lift would best suit those heads.

Yeah, that's what I was shooting for. Something in the low 230's and and just a bit more lift than the .588 of the 228R. What's the most accurate way to measure the deck height? Newbie question, I know. Please bear with me.
