Default h/c swap

ok guys im putting a set of 243s on my 98 z to replace the 241s im now looking into doing a cam while i have it torn apart. any ideas not looking to go big just something to give me a little more power over stock and that willwork with my 243s also would i need new pushrods?

if you are looking for something cheap and streetable i would go with the ls6 cam.

but i would personally go with the ms4 cam. good luck

do you have stock pushrods? if so then yes you need hardened. depending on your cam size and lifters you may need longer ones.

pushrods will depend on the cam, and if you mill the heads.

heads shouldn't NEED any mill work...but its not a bad idea to clean the surface up and boost compression in the process.

the 224r or 228r would be my first choices for what you want
