Default Cam bearings good enough?

for now??? Just looking to get the car back on the road while we build up a second block. You guys think this would last at all? Not worth the risk? Don't really want to foot the bill for a whole tear-down just to replace the cam bearings if we don't have to. It looks worse in the photo honestly, but its still pretty bad. Got the motor like this.

How long you looking to get out of that? Is the cam thats going in gonna be a throw away cam? What kinda spring forces will these cam bearings be seeing? Kinda tough call to make but if it's a temp setup it may not be worth replacing them. No doubt that bearing is beatup pretty good and it's a risk.

Just talked to the machine shop. going to be replacing the first bearing and the last one (the only ones accessable without tearing the motor apart)

Hoping it will last a year at the most. I don't see it taking me longer than that to build my other motor up. I already have half the parts for it.

Thanks guys!
