some opinions? on what my car might run. I have a 1997 camaro z28 i am currently swampin a ls1 into as we speek
i just wanted to get some opinions on what area you think my car should be at as far as quarter mile.
first off the motor is stock bottom end, has rollmaster double chain, has tsp 5.3L 2.5 cnc ported heads, and MS3 cam .603/.609 lsa 112, and stock intake and fuel system, it was out of a 6 spd vette which made 447 rwhp and 393 rwt, i will be running tsp long tube headers, with there x pipe and resonators and dumps. im running a 4l60e built trans with a 3800 stall converter. i have the stock rear end with a eaton posi unit, and slp 4:10 gears. also have air bags ing the coil springs in the rear to stiffen it up.
my car has fiberglass hood on it, and no back seats, should be around 3200-3400 lb with me in it. i also have weld draglites front and back, rear tires are g force drag radials, 335-55-r15 28 inched tall by 13 inches wide.
i plan on upgrading to a fast intake system as soon as i get the car squared away i know the stock intake will kill air flow... but any ideas where my car should be at????
