How to build more torque?

Default How to build more torque?

Right now I am at 370ibs of torque. I am a cam only with stock 241 heads. How can I build up my torque. Fast intake and AFR Heads. What do u guys recommend?

Custom cam with the right valve events and small runner heads with plenty velocity and a good amount of compression.

or cheat....build a lighter drivetrain...you'll get less paracitic loss which equates to more at the pavement.

not that i have any business giving info compared to Stroker and Predator....

but some AFR 205s milled as much as you can and still run your cam and pump gas.

the FAST wouldn't hurt..i know i picked up torque with mine.

75 dry shot, cheap and easy.

B-Spec cam and more compression. Feels like my car gained cubes, more torque at even at 2000rpm over stock. So smooth and linear all the way to the top.

If I am at 370 now with my set up, What would AFR 205's milled to 62cc do for me? Any guesses?
