Default Problem with cam swap

Just got done swapping cams, and now the car is running hot, but the heater is cold wich tells me coolant isn't circulating. How do you bleed the air out of the coolant system?

Any other ideas. I suppose the thermostat could be bad, but it was working fine before.

Go to: http://www.installuniversity.com and look at their install on the thermostat and it has the easiest coolant bleeding procedure to fix this.
