You had something wrong before the Heads & cam swap. A4 or M6 tranny?

Could be compression problem?
Could be pushrod length?
Could be a slipping clutch?
Could be a bad tranny?

Who tunned the car & what do they think?

well first you had 59cc heads and you have switched to 66cc heads, this lowered your compression slightly which explains SOME of the power loss.

There is something seriously wrong with that short block. Compression check will tell you a lot. You may be running on 7 or 6 cylinders.

yes the first heads was 5.3L 706 with 5.7L BLOCK
2nd heads afr 205 66cc
difference Even low copression , but AFR heads must give me more power
At least above 400
thanks elias

5.3l heads porting 59cc
cam 207 220 571 581 118 lsa

just by looking at it this setup is boarderline for 93 octane. you might have pounded the hell out of ur main bearings.

Yeah thats a small cam which means a high dynamic compression ratio. Are you sure the cam is installed correctly too? Not off by a tooth. You should have been making 309rwhp without the cam or the heads really.

As mentioned compression check the motor, pull the timing cover and check the cam maybe. When you had the heads off did you look at your lifters or anything? What length pushrods did you measure for with how much preload?

After checking the engine electronically indicate that there was a malfunction
knock and map sensor not working so changed

nothing change
Still i will check Compression Pressure for cylinders Tomorrow one by one

pushrod changed form stock to 7.400 with 2nd setup
timing lifters Normal after setup

low oil pressure show Warning Come and go !!!

I think the problem from the block now after overhaul befor the 1st setup

thanks
