From looking on Texas Speeds website, looks like 3/8 diameter with 5/16 ball ends are what you need.

Ball ends must be 5/16". Beyond that, the larger the OD in general terms the stiffer the pushrod in bending. You can get a lot more stiffness from an OD change then you can from a thickness change. That said, without some work on the head the 3/8" OD pushrods may not work as they may hit the head. Terry Manton makes an 11/32" pushrod that I have been told will fit (I have not tried this) without head modifications. According to my calculations, they should be about 54% stiffer than 5/16" OD pushrods with an 0.080" wall thickness.

Thanks! Exactly what I needed to know!

I have elongated pushrod holes in Pontiac iron heads when changing from 1.5 to 1.65 rockers and bigger pushrods. May enlarge the holes when I pull the heads to replace lifters and do the cam swap.
