Default Valve seal Question Engine Guys

Got some 241's need to get new valve seals from the looks of it. But for all of the 8black intake and 8brown exhuast there was one blue one? See it on the head in these pic
You can see some of the seals are all buggered up.
So probably need new valve seals but whats up with Mr. Blue?

The valve seals on the casting are also seats. Meaning using the blue seal will change install height. If u are planning on using stock springs u need to get another set of the seals that are on the heads. The only reason u would need the blue seal is if u were installing a dual spring and in that case u would need seats too!
