can there shaft rocker arms be ran with a hyd. roller set up.

Yea, but why? HP per $ they are worthless unless you need specific valve control (ie solid roller). I don't see them picking up even 5hp compared to a harland sharp berring'd stock rocker.
The only reason to spend the money on a shaft mount rocker is if you spin the motor past 7500rpm. Otherwise there are a lot better options for the money. And you don't need to deal with aftermarket valve covers.

i have a complete set of them, didnt cost anything, and have a set of spacers for the v.c.
