Default Would this make a nice DD

I have a fully bolted on Formula and I am looking to throw in a new cam. I'm looking at the Texas Speed 233/239 camshaft. What do I need to replace when I swap in this cam, anyone have a clue what type of hp i could lay down. Will the car still be a decent daily driver?

I still want the car to pull hard off the line. Would the TSP 228R be better?

i heard alot of good things about the 228R, i believe you can keep the stock length rods because is the same profile, i believe if your only looking to change the minimum valve springs cause stock i think is .500 and that cam i believe is .588, go dual valve springs if you can afford good investment.

I'm looking for a cam that I can drive daily and lay down about 385-390 horses at the tires with good low and mid range power. Any suggestions?
