Default need help with my heads

hey guys
i know that you cant give me 100% exect answer.

i have a 231/237 .608 lift cam on a 112 lsa, with stock rockers. i have a set of ls1 heads that have been ported and had a valve job. they have 2.055 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves, and they a milled .015. i was wondering if i will be able to run these on my ls1 with my cam with out having to flycut my pistons or and issues?

please give me any info or advise that you have. thank you

also which lifters should i go with the ls7 or the caddi?

My first though on those milled heads is i dont think they will fit with that cam and the 2.055 valve. You might have to bust out the clay and find out.

Just run the ls7 lifters.

What head gasket are you planning to run? GM MLS or Cometic? That'll also make a difference relative to PTV clearance. At any rate I would go ahead and measure PTV just to be safe.

The LS7 lifters are fine. Keep in mind you'll have to go with shorter pushrods as the plunger height in the LS7 lifters is higher than the stock LS1 lifters. See pic (LS7 lifter is on the left)

You'll want to verify your piston to valve clearance on this one (all builds for that matter)! It'll be tight!
