Default TEA head UNTUNED dyno numbers..whatcha think?

401/387 untuned with TEA 5.3L stg 1.5 with a 224/230 .567/.572 112+4
still need a pulley and a TB, but this was also through a 12bolt (on street tires) if it matters.

whats the opinions?

Those are good numbers untuned. Should be able to pick up another 20hp or so with tuning I would think!

I figure with a pulley (+/- 8-10rwhp), the TB
(+/- 6-8rwhp), and maybe a cutout (+/- 3-5rwhp) and some good tuning i should be close to 430+rwhp
(i know i am being a little optimistic maybe)

does that sound reasonalbe maybe?

Not unreasonable, but remember, just adding parts does not equal "xxHP" for each piece. The combination of parts must work together. Best of luck!
