Default my turn..how would this H/C setup work?

224/.563/114lsa cam
Stage 2 RGR heads
new springs/retainers/pushrods

other mods include:
LT's/y/loudmouth
lid/ls6 intake

I don't know much about h/c so i've been doing some research and this combo seems to make very good power. Would emissions be a concern for me?

thanks for any help!

it should work fine. You should see well over 400rwhp.

your exhaust is going to get raspy though, you many want to consider something besides the LM.

as far as emissions, what are the rest of the specs on the cam? it looks fine so far

thanks for the reply:

Lift: .563/.563 Dur@.050: 224/224 LSA: 112 114

from what i hear, i'll need the lsa to stay around 114 for emissions?

btw, nice car...its exactly what i'm picking up tomorrow

thanks bro

ya you wll be fine. I passed in Cali with the TR224 on a 112, but i would get the 114 to be safe.

sounds like a great setup, should make alot of power

i actually passed with just a normal tune. I have the TR230 right now and it would be tough to pass because there is so much more overlap.

you might try to call TR and ask if a higher LSA would make a difference with emissions.
