Default PAC 1218 springs and XFI lobes?

I was looking at specing out a custom cam with XFI lobes up to a lift .595". I currently have PAC 1218 springs on my heads and dont want to change them out. They are rated for .600" lift I believe, but can they handle the ramp rate of the XFI lobes?

In case anyone was wondering, the cam I was looking at doing is a 210/218 .595"/.590" 115lsa for a 4800lb truck with a 6.0 and prc stage 1 ls6's with 10.5-6:1 compression. I will be adding a T76 turbo within the near future as well (yes, yes I know about the high compression....I set everything up for N/A but now decided to go turbo...)

I'm looking for a huge increase in low end torque and throttle response over the 196/207 .467/.479 stock cam.
