patriot 243s Stage II with Predator-X cam Guys, I need your advice regarding the patriot CNC Ported 243 heads >> https://www.patriot-performance.com/...7&cat=0&page=1 with 59cc to be installed in cam only 346ci stock internals, cam # "231/240 .643/.608 112+4" predator-z speced
Can I use them without any PTV clearance issues with that cam?!
They are used but in a good condition and a pretty good deal as well.
