Default TFS 215 Pushrods

Anyone run larger pushrods in these heads? Just wondering if you can run a 3/8" or not. Will be putting them on and measuring for length today. Monday will try and order some from Manton. Thanks!

Any of the TFS heads manufactured in the last 9 months have large pushrod holes that work with 3/8's pushrods, the Yella Terra has the least clearance to the new, larger pushrod holes. We have the 3/8" 7.500" pushrods in stock, I also run them on my engine.

Brian - thanks for the response. I talked with Mike today to verify that my heads were machined by TEA for 3/8" pushrods! I am ordering a custom set of 3/8 Manton pushrods as soon as I get overall length. It seems that the comp cam checker doesn't measure overall length but some sort of gauge length. I have to get a 8" caliper to measure!
