If you're running a big shot, say 250HP or larger, you'd want a cam with a bit less overlap and about 6-10 degrees more timing on the exhaust than the intake. For instance, 224/232@.050. When you run a large shot of nitrous you produce a much larger volume of exhaust that needs additional exhaust timing to completely evacuate the cylinder. The purpose for having slightly less overlap is so you you don't just send your nitrous out with the exhaust during scavenging.

I am running a 243/251 .624/.624 lsl 110+4 and plan on putting 200 on it but have not had it out yet.
I do have it running and i will say it has one hell of a idle i would not dd this cam. soon as the back half is finished i will take it to the track and post some results

59cc afr's,fast92,k&n cai,UMI tb,nitro daves plate,.040 cometics,lts, 5000 stalh,upgraded fuel system (lpe pump,boost a pump,injecters) slp oil pump and t chain and gears,arp rod bolts and some deep *** flycuts in the pistons.
I have ran a 150 shot on the following cams also in the last 2 years all were xer lobe's except the first one was a xr lobed cam and the newest is the lsl lbes. all 3 until now were ran with a 3500 stalh
comp xr 281 228/230 .573/.578 112+2 great first cam for me
comp xer 281 232/234 .595/.598 112+2 best overall cam i have ran
comp xer 238/242 .605/.609 112 on the bottle great cam but off this cam needed alot of rpm to not fall off on the 1-2 with a a-4 in a heavy gto.
once i raised the shift points to 71-7200 ( no n2o) it woke up pretty good and then a 68-6900 2-3 and 3-4
