Default 500rwh h/c 346 guys please come in

I amlooking to do a n/a 346 with 500rwh.what set ups are proven ?just wanta do rod bolts & leave all else stock,will this work?i am runing ms3/stg 2.5 5.3's fast 92/92 now.it would be nice to have a lil more low end.loong for proven combos.thanks!

to make that kind of power peak, you're sacrificing power down low.

so what you're asking is kind of an oxymoron.

i guess bigger cam and better heads is what you need.

Here is the dyno for my CARTEK 4X setup, just like you want, stock 2001 ls1 bottom end with ARP Rod-Bolts, QTP 1-3/4" headers, TSP 3" Drue Duals, Fast 90/90, 42# injectors, EWP, 85mm lid & K&N



And unlike a lot of other "500 hp" H/C setups, this one has proven track results as well as a dyno sheet

mine is making 480hp with a t-rex cam and ported ls6 heads, fast 90, nw 90 tb, kooks 1 3/4 headers, etc...

its doable without losing ALL of the low end.. but you need enough rpm to make the 346cubes efficient enough to move that much air.

a perfect set of heads and a good intake is a good starting place.

Who ported your LS6's?

Look at Christians setup. That is a sick N/A streetcar. Damn I wish I had snapped up that set of used ETP's when I had a chance

GAS X INTO 3" 2 CHAMBER FLOWS WITH TURN DOWNS.CAR PUT 430 RWH AT THUNDER RACING WITH LS6 INTAKE T/R PORTED T/B.I HAVE SINCE ADDED A MEZZIER ELEC.
