Default Vacuum @ pass valve cover and low oil pressure

2k SS w 120k miles put vrx3 cam, tea gold springs, Vengeance Ported and Shimmed LS2 Oil Pump, and ls2 timing chain, ls7 lifters, and ls6 valley cover to help with oil consuption @ 110-115k. Oil pressure has always been low from that point before stock was 40 idle and maxed out redline, now idle it is +/- 20 and wont go above 40 redline. Noticed oil consuption and looked in intake through throttle body and noticed lots of oil residue. So capped off pass valve cover vent tube that was hooked to throttle body and vac port on throttle body. Drove the car maybe 10 miles pulled back into drive way and oil pressure dropped way low at one point in the red and check gages light came on. So popped hood took off cap on pass valve cover vent and had vaccum effect and oil pressure went up to like normal. SO WHAT DO YALL THINK. Maybe i tore the o-ring on pick-up tube or ???
