considering an LQ4 is a 6.0, and an LQ9 has flat top pistons anyways... I'd think so...

I think all the '05 and later 6.0's used full floating pins, I know that's what's in the LS2 and LQ9's (which came out in '05).

The LQ4 are a press pin rod but the 05 LQ9 and LS2 engine's both use the same rod and piston. You will not find an Lq9 Piston listed for a stock rebuild application Because it is the same as an LS2 piston. It's been done on the truck side of the forum. You must use the correct piston with the correct rod and pin.

You would have to weigh one of each set up. Unfortuniatly I don't have any weights for either set's of parts. I have LQ9 pistons but I got rid of the LQ4 pistons I had. I also don't have The New floating pin rods yet. I have been meaning to call the guy and get them but I have not had any extra cash.
