Default Will stock L92's outperform stock 243's?

I'm going to ditch the 243's on my 6L for some L92's with a L92 truck intake. My question to you guys is will a stock set of L92 heads outperform stock 243's? The cam I'm running is a 224/228 .6xx/.6xx 112LSA. I'm just wanting to know if I NEED to get any port work done on the exhaust side (as I know the flow is weak) OR can I just get a set of stockers and bolt them on? I'm trying to do the swap on the cheap. Otherwise should I spring for a set of the lingenfelter L92's? If I were to get the lingenfelters, would it be worthwhile to upgrade the valves to the hollow stem ones or leave them alone? How about the CNC porting, is it worth having the ports hand rolled to remove the CNC marks or leave them be? That is all! Thanks in advanvce.
