if you have the money, just get new heads.
if you dont, either drill it out...or you can ultra cheap and just put on ur headers without that one bolt and live with a little exhaust leak.

Same happened to me, same bolt/same head and it did leak like everyone else is saying. I would just swap the heads while you have to take it off anyway. If you can live with a small leak for a little bit, do the whole h/c valvetrain swap while your at it. I did, just make sure you don't try to spin a rod bearing like I did also during the breakin lol

Drill it out. But you need a hard drill bit, something like carbide. The bolts are very hard.
And when you get that taken care of, do yourself a favor and get you some GM 3.4 v6 exhaust studs and bolts.
Here's the part #'s: # are 11589154 on the studs, and 11609746 on the nuts
-Thanks to Supersub for the revised numbers
-Original idea was by EVILGMC, so thanks to him for bringing this to our attention.
Note: the studs come in packs of 5, and the nuts in packs of 4
