SHOULD this clear? if so with what gasket? 58cc ls6 heads

I doubt it. It should roll over, but your intake clearance WILL NOT be to your liking I bet.

ok, cool. I know they make some pretty thick heads gaskets now days wasnt sure. Didnt want to sell them to a buddy and not have them fit with his cam.

That is a XFI/XE-R cam so I would say no, not by any safe margin at all.
He will have to flycut about .060 on intake.

No it will not! I had TFS 215's milled to 61cc with 232/236 .595/.578 113+3 cam and I only had .040 on intake with GM MLS gasket....
