Default Lifter came off inside the valve cover at the track...

I ran 2 runs at Sacramento Raceway on Saturday night. When I started the car up after watching some races and taking a break, I pulled back onto the pit road towards the staging lanes.

I swung it sidewayz then straightened up and continued on into the staging lanes. As I neared the the waiting lines I heard a loud ticking coming from my motor. I immediately pulled into the motorcycle pits and shut the car off. Popped the hood, checked around and checked all the fluids.. All is good.

I ended up deciding to limp the car home. About 10 miles down the road my SES light starts flashing and the ticking stops while the car is acting like it's only running on 4 cylinders. I make it another 15 miles in limp mode back to my house.

In the morning I pull the driver side valve cover (where the noise is coming from). Everything looked fine until I noticed one of the bolts was backed out of a rocker arm. The bolt wasn't threaded in at all. I pulled it out, checked the rocker, looks perfect, check the bolt, looked great. Pulled the pushrod, straight.

I put everything back together after checking and torquing both sides of the motor. It's running better than it has in awhile (stronger).

What I want to know is what else could have been damaged?

Not your lifter that came off....you mean rocker I assume.
To get lifter out you need to pull the heads!

If it's running good, you probably didn't hurt anything. Did you have red loctite or sealer, of any kind, on the rocker bolt?

This is correct.

I also would hope as already stated that you threw some thread sealer on it this time round so it doesn't happen again.

This happened to me when I spun too hard from wheel inertia and bounced the rev limiter. Mine had thread locker on it so I never figured why. 15K later and all is good (cross my fingers).
